Do I need prior compassion training?
No. The Forum is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You do not need prior compassion training, professional credentials, or specialised knowledge. You only need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to participate.
Who is the Forum for?
The Forum is for people who want to strengthen their well-being, relationships, leadership, communication, and capacity to respond wisely under pressure. It welcomes professionals, technologists, leaders, managers, educators, healthcare workers, community leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit and public-service professionals, and anyone interested in applying compassion in everyday life and work.
Do I need to attend all three live dates?
The Forum is designed as a three-part journey, so attending all three live days is strongly recommended. If you must miss one, please contact the organisers to discuss participation and make-up options. Completion of all required live and online components is expected for certification.
What happens between the live days?
Between each live gathering, participants meet online through Compassion.coach. These sessions provide guided practice, reflection, peer connection, and opportunities to apply the Forum’s ideas to personal, professional, and community situations.
What does certification require?
Certification requires active participation in the live Forum sessions, completion of the scheduled online Compassion.coach meetings, and completion of the associated practice and reflection activities. Participants must demonstrate engagement with compassionate communication, awareness, and wise action.
